  	Manchester Journal Inquirer 15 January 1974 p. 12c-d Obituary Earl J. CAMPBELL Vernon - Earl J. CAMPBELL, 73, 380 Ravenna St., Nokomis, Fla., died Sunday in Venice, Fla. He was born in Manchester, coming to Vernon about 25 years ago and developed the Campbell Avenue building, the first prefabricated housing in the area. He also operated a general store and restaurant at the corner of Dobson Avenue and Route 30. He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Vernon. Besides his widow, Helen Cheswick Campbell; he leaves two sons, James E. Campbell and John Campbell, both of Vernon. The funeral is Thursday at 8:15 a.m. at the Ladd Funeral Home, 19 Ellington Ave., Vernon. Burial will be in St. Bridget's Cemetery, Manchester. Calling hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
